Excellent adhesion with all materials for voice coils that do not require additional surface preparation and already have a preliminary adhesive layer. Single Component, heat cure adhesive formulated for bonding and coating loudspeaker voice coil windings to make them resistant to temperatures over 500°C. Suitable for coating aluminum, copper, copper clad aluminium voice coils as well as a wide range variety of materials such as Kapton, Fiberglass Composite and Nomex.
Application: Apply with a brush. Place coil in oven after air drying for the first touch and first stage. Dry at 140 degrees Celcius for 1 minute. Remove parts and allow to cool. Then post cure in the oven for 1 hour at 190 degrees Celcius for the second stage to obtain maximum heat resistance.
After use: after use, seal and store quickly to avoid long-term contact with air. The conteiner should be cleaned to avoid mixing with other chemicals, damaging the product negatively effects the end result. Keep the storage room and workshop dry, vantilated, away from fire. Pay attention to safety and protection, wear special anti-corrosion gloves, mask, goggles, etc.
