Returns & Exchanges

When purchasing over the internet you are legally entitled to a 30 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling Regulations. In this time you can return your product, if you decide it’s not suitable or you have simply changed your mind. This starts from the day the contract between us is finalised (your payment is authorised). However as part of our return & exchange policy we have extended this period to 30 days! In this period you can exchange products or receive a refund. Simply fill in the accompanying return/exchange form, detailing your order number, address and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

In all cases, the products have to be sent back in the original condition. Our returns department checks all products to ensure packages meet these requirements. Any returned products that do not meet the requirements may not be refunded. This applies in all instances except when the item is being returned due to a fault. Please note the cost of returning the items is covered by you. In instances where you’re returning a faulty item please provide proof of postage costs to ensure we are able to refund this cost for you. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage or send the package to us via recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit to the returns address.

If the purchase price of the returned good is higher than the purchase price of the new product, we compensate the differential amount via bank transfer within one week after having shipped the new product. Please enter your bank details on the return form.

If the purchase price of the returned good is lower than the purchase price of the new product, we will require further payment. In this instance our customer service team will be in contact in order to process this payment.
